How big is the indentation in the middle? Suitable for a 10cm cup?

I have ordered these two sets of glasses, but when my parcel arrivedeven though they were mentioned in Delivery parcel, but they were not inside. Only other glasses I have ordered were there and these two boxes of pack of four glasses are missing

Good enough but hooks a little flimsy. Needs to be handled gently. One already broke.
Excellent service. We love these mugs. Two arrived broken in transit but the service was so efficient and we had replacements sent out immediately. We are really pleased and especially impressed with the great service and care.

A lovely glass but a pool of water appears and even if you place them on a coaster the loss of water still appears and has to be mopped up.We have other glasses from the maker without a problem so it must be a design fault.
Unfortunately I had a few damaged coasters when they arrived. I sent photos to Rinkit and they very swiftly replaced them. Thank you Rinkit.
I was disappointed about my slate coasters. Only just opened now from my last order in August. I have 5 damaged ones and 2 broken ones. This was disappointing my previous order they were all good quality.

Neat little bag. Easily holds two cans, sandwiches and a couple of biscuits. Purchased for use at the allotment and after five hours the ice block is still frozen. Will be buying more for family members.
