I have ordered items from your company before and have been happy with the them, however as soon as picked up this parcel from where the driver had placed it I could hear the sound of broken glass. I opened the box in front of my partner and found two glasses broken, see photos. I also checked the capacity of one of the remaining intact glasses and it was not 305ml as advertised but 280ml.
I want a refund please.

Ordered these to use for wedding sighs, printed off one of our images in 6x8” and it doesn’t fit in the frame
It's a nightmare trying to get tea towels that actually dry dishes with a loop to hang them up with. Although the first use creates a bit of a smear after they've been washed twice they are very good and I'm very happy with them.Pleased I got 12 of them.

They have a good weight and the glass is thick enough that it won't get broken easily
One of the lids has come without its rubber seal so not airtight

Can you provide more details please? For example how and where do you attach the gas can? What type of gas can I need, 0.5 litre, 1litre? Where do I get them? Etc....
These are great, very stylish and just the right size and weight, IMHO. Bought together with some Inalto wine and champagne glasses, and they looked the Christmas dinner table look very put together
