Looks good, and exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to using it. Couple of questions, can it only be cleaned with soapy dishwater ( ie not suitable for dishwasher), fine if its not. Will a basic jay cloth be enough to remove any stuck on debris? Also, says to season the rim, so can I just season with Groundnut Oil around the rim of the pot and the lid? Appreciate any help. Thank you.

I waited forever for these 475ml glasses to come back in stock & I absolutely love them. I couldn’t find a good alternative design elsewhere that matched the quality so I just waited; as they’d been out of stock for over a year. The email came through telling me they were back in stock and I ordered immediately without hesitation. They were delivered the very next day and well packaged. One of the glasses had a small chip on the lip, the company kindly sent me a replacement free of charge which also arrived the day after telling them. The replacement glass arrived swiftly and well packaged by Evri. I am over the moon with the glasses set and can’t wait to show them off at dinners!
I ordered this as soon as I saw the matching 475ml glasses were available. This jug arrived the day after ordering and was packaged very well, arriving swiftly and in mint condition. Its a very strong and well made jug. I’ve never owned glassware made in Italy so it’s lovely to have the whole set.
I placed my order on 22nd October, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received any update from the courier. I’ve had to keep following up, and the only response I’ve received is a suggestion for a refund instead of an actual update about my order. This has been quite disappointing — I expected better communication and customer service. Hoping Rinkit can improve their delivery process and keep customers more informed in the future.
One of my 6 pack of these glasses were badly smashed and therefore had to throw out. The other 5 were all fine. Disappointed.

Great quality but the aperture is too small for a 6x4 photo so you loose quite a bit. They are great for a 5x3 photo but that’s not what is advertised
I bought these lights to replace some old lights that are starting to break down. These are so bright and shed a nice pattern too. I am adding another set to my next Rinkit order.

The gold set isn’t matte like in the pictures at all. It’s a shinny, polished gold that’s more on the orange side and quite ugly. I’m sad to have paid over £10 for postage and returns just for the disappointment.
Photo does not fix in the size frame it’s meant for.
I had to cut my photo to fit in the frame, was disappointed with doing that! Also it looks cheaply made & very flimsy!
How big is the indentation in the middle? Suitable for a 10cm cup?

I purchased 5 photo frames and 5 block photo frames. Great quality and I've put in little Christmas postcards give as stocking fillers thus festive season. I'm sure the recipients will be delighted with these.
