Some online retailers add the cost of delivery onto their products. At Rinkit, we prefer to keep things simple. The price you see is the price of the product. Delivery is shown separately.
Delivered To Your Door
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne and shipped with Australia Post. Standard delivery is $9.99 per order.
rare occasions, shipping may vary. When this happens, the final delivery cost depends on three things:
- The value of your order
- The weight of your order
- The destination of your order
Orders arrive during standard business hours. If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot provide exact delivery times for small to medium parcels. At present we are also unable to offer additional delivery services such as express shipping, scheduled delivery dates, weekend delivery, stock reservations, or order consolidation when items ship from different locations.
When your order arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box appears damaged, inspect the item carefully before accepting it. If the damage is severe, you can refuse that package. There is no need to refuse other parcels that arrive in good condition.
Remote locations
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic or other circumstances outside our control. When this happens, we always aim to keep you informed and minimise any inconvenience.
Returns & Refunds
Broken items? Dont worry, we will send you a replacement!
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate.
Send a picture of any damaged items to sales.australia@rinkit.com, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this.

Excellent in all respects
I am very pleased with this purchase ( I also bought the extension kit).. It was quite easy to assemble on my own, however, if there was someone to help so much the better - especially for tightening up the wingnuts. All fixings are provided as well as a small spanner and screwdriver.. Watch out as some of the steel edges are sharp so perhaps some soft edging could be provided for future iterations of this product.. I look forward to harvesting veg from the raised bed next year!
Great product, reasonable price, fadt delivery
Good product for the price just the right size to try and grow my own veg, easy to put together. Takes around 9 plugs of veg allowing the space to grow.
At first i thought this would be a good idea for a quick fix instead of me making one out of wood, even though it was handy i much prefer making a wooden one if i had the time to do it. I have made lots of wooden raised beds but at the time of purchase my health wasn't too good hence this purchase, the price was good however as they say you get what you paid for. This was held together with small bolts and wing nuts and even though the corner pieces fitted ok, you could still get some soil/compost escaping the sides. If i had a choice yes they are good as an emergency for me and many people might like them, but for me i would rather make my own out of wood.
The raised bed came quicker than I expected. It was packaged well and everything I needed to construct it was in the box. I found it very easy to make and it was soon in pride of place in my garden. I would certainly recommend this item and am thinking of purchasing another in the future.
The beds come with all accessories and are easy to assemble. Trying this brand for the first time, feels good, hopefully would last as well

Delighted with the quality of these raised beds. So easy to put together with super clear instructions, and they look lovely when finished. They're very sturdy and look like they will last for many years. I bought the pale green ones which look great on my allotment with flowers in. I've already bought more because I'm so impressed with them and have recommended them to others!
