Some online retailers add the cost of delivery onto their products. At Rinkit, we prefer to keep things simple. The price you see is the price of the product. Delivery is shown separately.
Delivered To Your Door
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne and shipped with Australia Post. Standard delivery is $9.99 per order.
rare occasions, shipping may vary. When this happens, the final delivery cost depends on three things:
- The value of your order
- The weight of your order
- The destination of your order
Orders arrive during standard business hours. If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot provide exact delivery times for small to medium parcels. At present we are also unable to offer additional delivery services such as express shipping, scheduled delivery dates, weekend delivery, stock reservations, or order consolidation when items ship from different locations.
When your order arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box appears damaged, inspect the item carefully before accepting it. If the damage is severe, you can refuse that package. There is no need to refuse other parcels that arrive in good condition.
Remote locations
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic or other circumstances outside our control. When this happens, we always aim to keep you informed and minimise any inconvenience.
Returns & Refunds
Broken items? Dont worry, we will send you a replacement!
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate.
Send a picture of any damaged items to sales.australia@rinkit.com, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.

My son inlaw loved the glass mug. Just what he wanted.
Based on my extensive research, I can confirm that this object may be used for the purposes of transferring liquids, including beer, into the mouth of a human subject where they have the option of ingesting said liquid should they choose to do so. The object has been produced to a high standard and, from what I can tell, is made from a vitreous solid material that appears to be (judging by its weight and feel) genuine glass. I can further vouch for the claim that this item can hold up to and slightly more than the amount of liquid that it purports to. The aesthetic of the object resembles (very closely) similar objects to those used as glass mugs, also known in German as ‘Glaskrüge’ or ‘Maß’, at Oktoberfest and in Bavarian beer halls. It should however be noted that the usage of the term ‘Stein,’ meaning stone (which can also refer to a ceramic beer mug), is occasionally used to refer to objects of this kind. Please be aware that this object does NOT appear to be ceramic.

Great product for a gift. Suitable for freehand engraving only as "sheild" area is oposite handle, therefore will not fit into cnc operated engraving machine. Overcame this by engraving onto stick on metalic tag. Outcome looks great. Thankyou

Nice glass, exactly what is advertised
I've had two of these steins for over four years now. They are, without a doubt, the best quality for the price on the market. Strong, pretty, and grippable in multiple ways despite the (much-appreciated) weight, owed to its classic dimpled design. The seams are small enough to not detract from its comfort at all and the 1L fill line is a nice reminder of its sheer mass. Glass is thick, easily washed, will last forever. Even after a couple knocks they haven't chipped at all. Should I ever break either of them, I will not hesitate to come back here and buy more. No other site offers a better mug for the price. No contest. And the funniest part?
I don't even drink beer.
