Clear pricing. No hidden delivery costs.
Some online retailers add the cost of delivery onto their products. At Rinkit, we prefer to keep things simple. The price you see is the price of the product. Delivery is shown separately.
Delivered To Your Door
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne and shipped with Australia Post. Standard delivery is $9.99 per order.
rare occasions, shipping may vary. When this happens, the final delivery cost depends on three things:
- The value of your order
- The weight of your order
- The destination of your order
Orders arrive during standard business hours. If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot provide exact delivery times for small to medium parcels. At present we are also unable to offer additional delivery services such as express shipping, scheduled delivery dates, weekend delivery, stock reservations, or order consolidation when items ship from different locations.
When your order arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box appears damaged, inspect the item carefully before accepting it. If the damage is severe, you can refuse that package. There is no need to refuse other parcels that arrive in good condition.
Remote locations
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic or other circumstances outside our control. When this happens, we always aim to keep you informed and minimise any inconvenience.
Returns & Refunds
Broken items? Dont worry, we will send you a replacement!
Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse operators work seven days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. Sometimes things get broken (e.g. glasses) or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate.
Send a picture of any damaged items to sales.australia@rinkit.com, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?
We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don’t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.
Can I get a discount for a large quantity of items?
For large quantities of items and wholesale prices, please visit Rinkit Wholesale.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you may contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this.
