Returns & Replacements

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.   

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

Confusing

The perimeter of the frame is 8 x 10” but it is not suitable for displaying prints that are 8 x 10” as they are too large to fit inside the frame. Would be better if the frame was a little larger so than an 8 x 10” print could actually be displayed inside.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
