Returns & Replacements
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

Rinkit said that my package had been lost by the courier and asked me what I would like to do: re-order or have a refund.
I chose a refund but they only issued a partial refund.
They still owe me money.

Good size and keeps coffee hot
Quick delivery & good price. I thought they were glass..my error as I don't always read the description..they are in fact plastic which suits me better as I'm very clumsy. They are a nice big size but not too big..there is a nice gap between the handle & they are doubled walled which keeps the contents hot for about 15 mins. I would definitely recommend

We absolutely love these mugs! They accompany our new coffee machine really well. They also keep your coffee warm for a long time which is great when you have little ones! They are super durable. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Quick delivery. I thought they were glass maybe my error but they are in fact plastic which I prefer as I'm clumsy. They are nice & big & as they are doubled walled they keep the coffee very hot for a long time.

Great pint glasses & delivered very fast.
Bought these for picnics and camping and they worked a charm. Really easy to clean and stack, no chipping on the paint. I've now bought matching cups and dishes and have received so many compliments.

Perfect! How are you so cheap? I could happily have ten of these. I use them for chopping, sandwich boards, and pot stands. I originally got it to chop chicken as a more hygienic and easier to clean option than plastic ones and it has made that whole clean up process a breeze thank goodness, all those chicken bits sticking to the plastic one drove me nuts. But now, I really want more to use for other purposes. Feels better to be choosing glass over plastic to reduce micro plastics in my kitchen. Most satisfying buy so far this year!
