Turkey currently has one of the largest tea markets in the world, with a per capita consumption even higher than Britain's (if you can imagine!). Rather than consuming their tea from a porcelain cup or mug like we do, however, the Turkish people serve their tea in tulip-shaped glasses. This is because Turkish tea is traditionally very strong, with a rich, deep red colour that demands to be on display!

Returns & Replacements
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.
Why are your prices cheaper here than Amazon and eBay?

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible.
