Youu have 30 days to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:
Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you.Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.
Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.
Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within seven working days, please contact us and we'll investigate. Please return your unwanted products to:
