Returns & Replacements
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

Glasses look great and fit the use I brought them for however one glass looked like it had been broken and repaired around the rim of the glass which was a little concerning with little mouths around. I just avoid that one glass with the kids but would have been better to have all 6 glasses in a pristine condition.
Firstly I was looking for "Sundae Dessert" Glassware, they are difficult to find. I came across RINKIT on google and found that they sold the glasses and at such a reasonable price, so I ordered 8 thinking there must be a catch somewhere.. However to my surprise there were no problems at all, the order and comunication with RINKI was easy and eventually the glasses arrived in perfect condition. They are exactly what I was looking for, great quality and look good too.. I`m so impressed! Thank you.

Perfect! How are you so cheap? I could happily have ten of these. I use them for chopping, sandwich boards, and pot stands. I originally got it to chop chicken as a more hygienic and easier to clean option than plastic ones and it has made that whole clean up process a breeze thank goodness, all those chicken bits sticking to the plastic one drove me nuts. But now, I really want more to use for other purposes. Feels better to be choosing glass over plastic to reduce micro plastics in my kitchen. Most satisfying buy so far this year!
