Returns & Replacements
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

Arrived suction packed so very flat and hard to plump up after. But good quality covers
Cushion cover is nice but cushion is very thin
The cushion arrived vacuum sealed, which is good for shipping, but it took so long to re-inflate that I had to manually plump it back up. It never reached the width specified in the picture. The cover is nice, so I could just buy another cushion insert to replace this one, I suppose.
Not as advertised, well undersized, only 48cms x 48cms, NOT the 55cms x 55cms expected. Sent back for a full refund.
Good size and the fabric feels nice. Stars are taken off because the cushion was vacuum packed for shipping and it has taken a serious amount of effort to get the cushion insert to fluff up. I don't believe that it has made it to the 15cm depth indicated on the listing.
Nice colour. Soft cover. Unfortunately a lot flatter than I expected.

Bought these for picnics and camping and they worked a charm. Really easy to clean and stack, no chipping on the paint. I've now bought matching cups and dishes and have received so many compliments.
Perfect! How are you so cheap? I could happily have ten of these. I use them for chopping, sandwich boards, and pot stands. I originally got it to chop chicken as a more hygienic and easier to clean option than plastic ones and it has made that whole clean up process a breeze thank goodness, all those chicken bits sticking to the plastic one drove me nuts. But now, I really want more to use for other purposes. Feels better to be choosing glass over plastic to reduce micro plastics in my kitchen. Most satisfying buy so far this year!
